The times in which we live are so interesting, and as a result we are provoked to ask many questions. I love that word provoked because it tells me that I will not be settled until I know truth. Truth has always been critical to the believer, but it is these days that are bringing many to an uncomfortable place. This question is certainly derived from that place.
I believe that when we are uncomfortable, then we have to ask questions, and those questions will get us the answers that we need to move from uncomfortable to peace, from uncertainty back to faith. Many have forgotten that faith is everything to the believer, doubt is nothing. Faith brings us life, and all things that are good, while doubt is always accompanied by fear, bringing nothing but destruction.
Who are they really after? They are after you! You who want the freedom to live in peace, raise your family, and worship the one true God. Do not slumber.
Matthew 10:16 Now, remember, it is I who sends you out, even though you feel vulnerable as lambs going into a pack of wolves. So, be as shrewd as snakes yet as harmless as doves.
2 Timothy 6:9 But those who crave the wealth of this world slip into spiritual snares. They become trapped by the trouble that comes through their foolish and harmful desires, driven by greed and drowning in their own sinful pleasures. And they take others with them into their corruption and eventual destruction.
