How often have you been told to just relax? I will confess that when I hear it spoken it has just the opposite effect on me. We are living in extraordinary days and the last thing I want to be doing is relaxing on the side lines.
I don’t believe the I am the only one who is stirred up to take action. We know it is our faith that drives us into this action as we stand and wait on God’s instructions.
Last year a heard it said that when you put a weapon in the hand of a woman that you had better watch out. I loved this! I am that woman, along with many of you. We are not timid to protect what we have been given charge over, nor are we ones to back up when the enemy comes at us. The devil may be determined to have his way, but we are daughters of the Most High God, so we have the upper hand. It is the one beneath our feet that needs to retreat. We will not retreat nor surrender. Our only surrender is in submission to God’s Word, and our agreement to what it means to walk in His ways.
Isaiah 6:8 And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.”
