What is in your hand?

Quite recently I was preparing to speak to a group of women. I had not met these particular women before, so I was completely relying on Holy Spirit. Actually, this is the only place we should want to be. Our total dependency upon the Spirit is what keeps us grounded as we move forward, digging for the more..

As I was preparing Holy Spirit said, “Keep digging for the treasure. You will know it when you find it. Ask Me for the treasure I desire to release for those in the room.” I was so touched by the tenderness in those words. Holy Spirit always knows who will be in the room, what they need, and what He is going to release. For my part it was simply to keep digging for the treasure. This I did as I listened intently, sought His voice continually, surrendered to His prompts, and obediently submitted. What I was submitting was my time for His time!

As I stayed in this place of submission the Holy Spirit did indeed begin to release His treasure for these women. He wanted them to know that His plans were bigger and better than they realized. He encouraged them to think big, saying that they in fact were thinking too small, too ordinary, and He was asking them to engage their sanctified imagination, allowing it to flow. Holy Spirit told them that He who knows you is more than able. Holy Spirit said to hear and engage with those words. He knows you! How that speaks of love to me. We are known by our heavenly Father, and our Savior Jesus.

As I continued to dig, the Holy Spirit asked that the women trust Him with their dreams. He told them that His desire is that nothing would be left undone. He was encouraging them to get hungry, and stay hungry. There is much that is being revealed at this time and it is imperative to stay engaged, and in agreement. He told them that their agreement is no small thing, for it is that agreement that is calling them into alignment. It is positioning them to be in step with what the Father is doing in this season. In this hour!

Lastly, Holy Spirit told them that what they think about themselves is all important. If they see themselves as not measuring up to the time they are in, if they imagine that they are not fully equipped, then they are not in alignment with God’s Word.

God’s Word declares we have all we need! The Word of God is your mirror. It tells you who you are, tells you whose you are, and it outlines your destiny. God’s desire is that His Word will resonate in your spirit, giving you understanding that can further your intimacy with your Father. Relationship is your invitation into all truth, and relationship will keep you aligned with the Father.

The Lord is good. The women I met were so lovely, and in love with Jesus. It touched me to see them listening and grabbing onto the words that I delivered from Holy Spirit.

2 Peter 1:3 For His divine power has bestowed on us (absolutely) everything necessary for (a dynamic spiritual) life and godliness, through true and personal knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.

Zephaniah 3:17 The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who sees. He will take great delight in you; in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.
