Heaven made the ultimate sacrifice to give us access to God, and believers across the world know that the sacrifice was Jesus. It was no small thing and there is absolutely no way that we can repay Jesus for what He did for us.
I can’t even imagine what it was like for the Father to be separated from His Son, and surely we may never fully understand the impact heaven felt when Jesus was not there. Thankfully, we know that His sacrifice made it possible for us to sit at the table with Him. No longer would we be excluded, for now we have been invited in to be with our Father.
