This week I had the privilege to listen to two young women who I consider to be cutting edge. They are taking what was spoken two thousand years ago, and daring to bring it forward to a world that proclaims to be innovative, and progressive, but in fact lacks the faith to believe in miracles.
Jesus has told us in John 14:12-14 that if we would only believe we would do greater things than He did while He walked the earth. So, for our part we need to simply believe, ask, and be used by God as we pray for the person who needs a miracle. We literally need to be the hands and feet of Jesus, as we command the blind to see, the deaf to hear, and the lame to walk. We do this in the authority that has been given to us as daughters of the Most High, and in the Name of Jesus, who is seated at the right hand of the Father.
Can we boldly assert our authority, drawing upon the faith that is ours as believers, and expect to see the miracles here on earth that Jesus promised? I know we can, we need only believe!
John 14:12 CSB “Truly I tell you, the one who believes in Me will also do the works that I do. And he will do even greater works than these, because I am going to the Father.”
