Is inspiration coming your way?

Last week I asked us all the question regarding a working vision. I have been continuing to meditate on its significance and what it means to me today.

After that post I had an occasion to be in the company of eight believing women for an awesome time of worship. Worshipping the Lord is always good, but when you can worship with others it is especially powerful. It was insightful because during the quiet moments there was the distinct voice of the Holy Spirit speaking into the evening.

There was a prayer of courage that was released, and from my perspective it is exactly what we needed, for then the Holy Spirit began to speak of vision. Of course, I knew this was not coincidental to the post, but a carry over to bring further insight.

What we heard next was simple. See the vision, purpose towards the vision, be very intentional regarding the vision, and then proceed.

I was reminded of our woman in Proverbs 31. The Scripture tells us she bought a field, and she planted a vineyard, from the money that she had earned, but I know that before she had a thought of a vineyard, she had a vision of a field. She also had a working plan for how she would get the provision to purchase the field in the first place. All very intentional, very purpose driven, with the vision in sight.

The Holy Spirit spoke to our hearts of other things that night, but I felt it important to share the words regarding vision.

Proverbs 31:16 NLT She goes to inspect a field and buys it; with her earnings she plants a vineyard.
