I recently had the privilege of seeing my older daughter in action. She was speaking to a group of women about identity, specifically regarding beauty, and most importantly with victory as their battle cry. She was a sight to behold!
Not too long ago I wrote about the importance of having a message and speaking that message with confidence because there would be someone who needed to hear what we had to say. What I have known for some time now is that my daughter has a message of victory that burns passionately within her. She has come through her own battles and understands what it means to be victorious.
What I witnessed personally was the transformation that happens when we speak out of what we know. We literally are changed during this process, which makes us a valuable resource to others who need to taste the true essence of victory.
I wish I could tell you everything that my daughter shared that day, but I can tell you a few things that stand out. One thing I saw clearly was that while she was expressing the importance of victory her entire countenance changed. In fact, seeing how this message reflected on her was not easy to miss. She focused on four keys to victory which are definitely worth remembering. The first key was declaring victory, the second was expect to fight knowing we are born into a battle, the third was don’t give up, and the fourth was believe you will win.
1 John 5:4 CSB because everyone who has been born of God conquers the world. This the the victory that has conquered the world: our faith.
